Your name, your email address, the pathway you chose, and the names and ages of the people in your household who hold a place. Payment is handled by our payment provider; card numbers never reach IMAGENIQ.
Emails from IMAGENIQ carry no tracking pixels, no open tracking and no read receipts. Whether you opened a mission is yours to know. Where a link is measured, it is measured as a link somebody chose to follow, and never as a person.
Your writing, your child’s ideas and anything created on a mission belong to you. They are never used to train a model, never sold, and never shared.
Our email service, our payment provider and our hosting provider, each only so far as they need to deliver what you asked for.
Ask and your record is deleted. Your archive is yours to download first, and a journey outlives the payment that started it.
A child never signs up to IMAGENIQ — a parent or guardian does, and the place is theirs to hold. When you add a child, we keep their first name, so we can speak to them by it; their age, so each mission fits them; and their birthday, if you’d like to share it, so we can send them a wish on the day. Never a surname. Every email still comes to you, their parent or guardian.
Drawings, photographs, voice notes and ideas a child makes on their journey belong to your family alone. They are never used to train a model, never sold, and never shared. A photograph or recording that shows your child is held with the same care as their name.
For as long as your family holds its place — keeping it is the whole point. If you leave, it stays for five years, so you can come back or take it with you, then it is deleted. When a child grows up and carries their own things forward, the say over them becomes theirs.
You can see everything we hold about you and your child, correct it, take a copy of it, ask us to stop collecting more, or have it deleted. Write to imagine@imageniq.com.au and it is done. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled it, the privacy regulator where you live will hear you out — in Australia, that is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Only the people who run IMAGENIQ can reach it, and only to look after your family. If anything ever went wrong that could affect you, we will tell you straight away.
Where it is held. IMAGENIQ runs on servers in Indonesia, and we are working to bring that home to Australia. Your information is protected by the same Australian law wherever the server sits, and card numbers never reach us at all.
IMAGENIQ operates from Melbourne, Australia, under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Anything here you would like said differently, tell us and it changes.
